ZAC Flaubert school complex: Construction of a school complex in the heart of the Flaubert ecological district, in the south of Grenoble. This is a district in transition, which today combines the traces of its past activity with its industrial fabric, the various “already existing” urban forms, with the new current ways of life supported by the City Council and its ambitions for a more sustainable city. 3,987 m² of surface area.
Capacity for 450 children, including :
- a nursery school with 6 classes
- an elementary school with 10 classes
- a school canteen for 400 pupils
- a leisure center
- a multi-purpose hall open to the public
