Construction of the Palazzo Nice Meridia consisting of a 9-storey office building (35 meters high) mixed wood/concrete structure, wooden floors and facades, metal exoskeleton, and a parking lot with 31 spaces in the basement;
Services : design, supply and installation of the wooden column-and-beam structure, CLT (cross-laminated timber) facades, and CLT (cross-laminated timber) flooring - 100 % French timber.
