This 6,081 m2 office building, standing 6 stories tall, features adaptable spaces that allow for a mix of uses. The 5 levels of the EAST zone rest on Douglas fir posts shaped like trees. The timber-framed facades are clad with freshly sawn and pressure-treated class 3 spruce, with pigments providing uniform pre-graying. The perfect cooperation with the carpenter Emmanuel Raffin ensures a high level of performance in the services provided.

WOOD is a true showcase of sustainable development, being 6 years ahead of the 2030 environmental regulations. Located on a former industrial site in the Presqu'île district of Grenoble, WOOD is the first predominantly wooden office building in Grenoble. It is an urban recycling operation that fits perfectly into VINCI Immobilier's environmental strategy aiming for Zero Net Artificialization by 2030. It includes elements of renaturation with terraces and planters on every floor, groundwater geothermal energy, and photovoltaic panels, aiming for an E3C2+77% label. #ZAN2030
