The projects studied by the engineers of CBS-CBT can be carried out in the execution phase (EXE), either by integrating project management and site supervision (DET), or by acting as project manager for ECOTIM (now SN ECOTIM, taken over by Atout Coffrage in October 2025), which will produce the prefabricated elements on demand and build the project during the construction phase.
The ECOTIM factory has an industrial surface area of 5,000 m² with two state-of-the-art machining centers. This equipment enables the production of prefabricated elements with the highest precision and an unmatched level of competitiveness and flexibility.

The CBS-CBT engineers have defined several quality plans to process, in an industrial and optimized way, all families of structures such as:
1– Wooden walls with bio-based insulation (cellulose fiber, straw, flax, hemp) including integrated wooden cladding when applicable, as well as outer carpentry frames.
2– Solid timber floors, covering spans from 4 to 16 meters using finger-jointed solid wood assembled with offset layers, increasing structural inertia and allowing very large spans combined with a wood–concrete system: the D-Dalle® (see technical approval), the O'portune® slab, or the Solivium® slab.
3– Ariane® truss structures, with joint nodes reinforced by high-performance birch plywood inserts and connectors such as nails or screws. Ariane® trusses can reach spans of 45 to 50 meters in clear span.
4– Cladding elements, directly prefabricated on wall panels, particularly when using wooden panels, slats, grooved-crested boards, or openwork patterns, with metal or synthetic bases such as Trespa® or FunderMax panels, or mineral materials such as the ranges offered by Eternit or Alucobond®.
5– Structural staircases for public-access buildings (ERP) and other ancillary structures.
